It is a sturdy little table but it really does need refinishing or a paint job... not my place though... that's my daughter's choice! In the meantime I put my woven chair webbing table runner I made on it... along with some other
I added my antique radio with my struggling little spider plant on top (I really need to re-pot it so it can thrive), an old tool box, books, an empty picture frame, old player piano rolls, and pictures.
I kind of like it... my daughter may have trouble getting this little table back! :o)
An old mailbox that I upcycled, an old shed door, porch spindle, and suitcases surround it. And of course, all this created the need to rework some other areas.
This little nook has an old photo of a group of navy men... my grandpa is in there somewhere! The lamp is sitting on an old canteen from a Model-A car, I think they used to use them on the running boards!
The antique map of Paris was already here in this corner. It is also from my grandpa's days in the Navy.
This area is across from the trunks I just showed you...
I might be doing something else with the window soon... I have several old windows and I have an idea brewing in my little head, mwuhhaaahhhaaa!
And this is just a little display on my fireplace mantle.
Hope you all had a nice weekend and a Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Everything looks so great! You should tell your daughter that that table wants to live right there forever :) It is perfect!

cute deco. ideas; my favorite are the suitcases stacked under the sweet table by the stairs; lovely vignettes in your home.
What a very pretty setting! You have a great eye to pull everything together! Love the suitcases!
